The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of a vibrant area, just across a small plaza from the tram station. It's centrally positioned, making it easy to explore most tourist attractions in Brussels. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms, especially on the 5th floor, were clean and well-maintained. I loved the attention to detail, with big fluffy towels provided. The absence of carpets added a modern touch. The breakfast was delicious, with a freshly made continental spread. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was very near to the centre square and close to everything we wanted to visit. Despite being in a bustling area, our room was far away from the street, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. One of the best things about our stay was that the hotel was away from the usual tourist areas. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with a personalized walking route through this city's hidden gems, such as antiques shops, music cafes, and a flea market. The breakfast was delicious and served with friendly service. The room was lovely and beautifully decorated, with a spacious and clean bathroom. the hotel had a distinct personality and provided an enjoyable and homely experience.
